1809 Capital Annual LP Meeting

On Monday, September 29, at the Lee and Rosemary Fisher Innovation College@Elm in Oxford for the 1809 Capital Limited Partner Meeting.
The afternoon program (1:30–6:00 pm) will bring together 1809 Capital Limited Partners and Network partners for networking, Fund progress update, and discussion of the platform’s expansion roadmap.
The agenda includes:
- Welcome remarks from Mark Richey, Managing Partner, 1809 Capital, and Jenny Darroch, Dean of the Farmer School of Business.
- Miami Entrepreneurship programs from Suraj Mariboyina, Executive Director of the John W. Altman Institute for Entrepreneurship.
- Panel discussion on the venture capital economy, moderated by John Gardner, with General Partners from 1809 Capital’s VC Network
- 1809 Capital portfolio company CEO presentations
- 1809 Capital Platform Expansion – 1890 Capital Fund II and 1809 Capital Fund of Funds with 1809 Capital partners and Howard Bobrow of Taft Law.
- Miami University’s Strategic Update from President Gregory Crawford.
The meeting will conclude with a joint reception (5:00–6:00 pm) for Miami University Foundation Board members and 1809 Capital partners.
